NeaSNOM Remote Support

Thanks to the built-in remote support software feature, Neaspec experts are enabled to remotely investigate all aspects and functionality of your NeaSNOM installation, including during live operation. Free personalized support and free software updates are provided for one year after the installation.

To enable remote support, please activate the button “Neaspec Remote Access” in the software control window and contact our support team.

On-site Support (fee-based service)

Neaspec also offers professional on-site support worldwide. This way we can provide personalized training for your team and guarantee maximum uptime and performance of your Neaspec installation.
